Monte Wilcoxon, is the Analytical Chemist in the HPCL Group and also the Quality Assurance Officer at ISTC. He has expertise in the analysis of surfactants, explosives, anions and TOC. Mr. Wilcoxon also supports QA activities in the Laboratory, is in charge of the Request for Sample Analysis (RSA) tracking system and oversees the Performance Evaluation (PE) sample program for the analytical groups.

Education:

B.S. in Chemistry, Eastern Illinois University, 1982

Instrument Experience:

Waters HPLC System with Millennium Software; Dionex Ion Chromatography System with Peaknet 6.0 software; Shimadzu TC/TOC System and UIC TC/TIC System for solid samples.
